Craig A. Mulcahy is a Partner and has over 20 years of public accounting experience at Mahoney. He concentrates in providing tax and accounting services for his clients.

Craig has extensive experience within the residential rental real estate and management industry, including housing tax credits and limited-equity cooperatives. The real estate industry allows him to work with numerous clients that have formed pass-through entities such as partnerships and limited liability companies. Craig assists clients with accounting, tax planning, tax research and tax preparation services. Some specific tax transactions he advises with are partnership capital account analysis, partner basis adjustments, partnership terminations, debt modifications and solar energy tax credits.  Craig graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. He has earned a Master’s degree in Business Taxation (MBT) from the University of Minnesota.

Craig worked in game operations for the Minnesota Timberwolves during college. He loves watching his three boys play sports, and he plays golf when he can spare an afternoon.
